Sounds like project, I'll add it to my massive backlist of projects :)  At the back!

Since most people don't know (or care) about how to make webpages for collections, we really need a system like oilcollect had.  Although that was manually administered - it would be nice to have one that tied into, say, login details here.  But as with all these things it takes more time (and to some extent motivation) than I have.

Surely all the sites will have an email associated, can we list the two to make contacting people easy?  I'm happy to wade through and extract email from existing sites.  Can we arrange for anyone adding sites on the wiki page to also list their email?

That might be because we put "pre" tags around the code to stop the wiki parsing it as HTML. I guess we can't have it both ways.

The Email addy on my site is no good as I can't log into it (and never have been able to),
this is one of the reasons I'm having it redone, that and the fact it doesn't show up on searches so the Email problem is immaterial.

I must say that at present I have a surplus of oil as I've picked up a few new collections and a contact that brings oil to me,
but these things never last for me.

I agree Mark, I'm collecting more than I use at the moment, but rather than sell the excess I'm storing it for leaner times.

lucky devils, I've never been so bad with oil stocks, that is why I thought I'd try a collection site, I'm gonna get some cards done too and poke em through a few doors.

Mark, why don't you use a hotmail or googlemail eddress? mind you ifn you cannot login then maybe you cannot add it to the contact page
